








1.5 hour Hips Hatha Yoga Flow in Krabi, Thailand
Immerse yourself in the scenery of the mountains in Krabi, Thailand. This flow focuses on hip and knee mobility with some added balance. This class is great for beginners to intermediate practitioners with a fun arm balance challenge thrown in! The class also includes Pranayama/Kriya to energize the body before asana. Note that in the video my mobility is not super strong because of a healing injury, so I was unable to get into the peak posture: Grasshopper. Even though that is the case, I still wanted to add it into the class, fumbling aside! With the download, you do see a picture of the posture in advance.
